Most security system reviews are written within weeks of installation. We’ve had SimpliSafe for two years, across two homes. In that time: zero false alarms that dispatched police, three legitimate alarm events (all resolved correctly — two accidental triggers that we caught on the app and cancelled, one carbon monoxide alert that evacuated us correctly), and one battery replacement on a door sensor.
