The Space Problem It Solved
Our laundry closet is 58 inches wide. Side-by-side units required 54 inches minimum, leaving almost no room. The WashTower is a single 27-inch wide unit that freed up nearly 30 inches — enough to add shelving that solved our storage problem at the same time.
After 12 months of weekly use (averaging 6-8 loads), both units have performed without issue. The washer’s AI Fabric Sensor has become something I actually rely on: it detects load type and weight, then adjusts wash motion, water temperature, and cycle time automatically.
What We Like

What We Don’t
- Expensive upfront — $2,100 installed
- Control panel is on the dryer, not washer — counterintuitive
- If one unit fails, both are offline
